Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations: Appointments must be canceled 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
• Late Cancellations: If canceled within 48 hours of your appointment, you will be charged a 30% cancellation fee and your deposit will be forfeited.
• Deposit Transfers: If you cancel before the 48-hour window, your deposit may be transferred one time only to a new appointment date. DO NOT CANCEL MANUALLY AS IT WILL CHARGE YOU 30% for cancellation fee. Reach out to me and I will reschedule your appointment.
• No Call/No Show: Clients who fail to show without notice will be banned from future booking.
• Guests: No extra guests are allowed at appointments unless approved beforehand.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, please communicate with me as soon as possible. I am very understanding and will do my best to accommodate you.
